Rio Tinto continues to support the Digital Partnership

 

Rio Tinto has kindly donated its used computers to the Digital Partnership for the Ethiopia project. The computers, collected from sites in Australia and the US are being shipped to Ethiopia, where they are deployed throughout the country for education, health and community use. Digital Partnership would like to thank Rio Tinto for its ongoing support in its efforts to bridge the Digital Divide.

850 computers deployed to the Tigray region of Ethiopia for distribution to 49 schools

 

The Ethiopia Computer Refurbishment and Training Centre (CRTC) has deployed 850 computers to the Tigray region, in the northern part of Ethiopia. The computers will be deployed by the regional government to 49 schools throughout the region.

ERM donates computer equipment for the Ethiopia Project

 

ERM (Environmental Resources Management) UK has kindly donated much needed computer equipment to the Digital Partnership Ethiopia project. The equipment will be deployed throughout Ethiopia for use in education and health services.

Dataflow Ltd. partners with IBLF's Digital Partnership to provide logistical services

 

Dataflow Ltd is supporting the Digital Partnership through the collection, consolidation and storage of donated ICT equipment prior to shipment to Ethiopia. Dataflow can also offer data wiping services to companies looking to donate their redundant ICT equipment through the Digital Partnership. Digital Partnership prepares next donation of computers for Ghana

 

Digital Partnership is preparing to send the next donation of computers to Ghana, to assist with the establishment of computer labs at all junior secondary schools in Kwahu-Tafo.
